Doors will open for check-in at least 30 minutes prior to the start of each camp. We’ll warm up as a whole group starting at 9:00am.
Campers should wear clothing they are comfortable running, jumping, and sweating in, as well as sneakers or tennis shoes with non-marking soles. Please avoid open-toed shoes, sandals, slides, and crocs. Knee pads are highly recommended for all ages. For 1-day and 2-day camps, please make sure your camper brings a sack lunch and a water bottle! We’ll have snacks and gatorade available for purchase (cash or Venmo) in the gym, but there will not be full meal options.
While we will have some LCVB merchandise for sale, we will not be selling kneepads or volleyball shoes on site.

In order to make sure we have enough coaches and equipment for all campers, registering ahead of time is important for all Day Camps. Walk-up registration will only be available if the camp is not full and there is no waitlist.
Registration will close 48 hours before the start of each camp. If your schedule changes or your camper needs to withdraw from camp, please do so more than 48 hours in advance of camp to be considered for a refund and to allow another camper to be called up from the waitlist.
We’ve provided some guidelines in our event descriptions that are especially helpful for our Intermediate and Advanced camps. Everyone who is ready to be a great teammate is welcome to Intro and Beginner Camps. If you have further questions, please utilize our Contact Us page.
Transportation is not provided. Campers are responsible for getting to and from camp on their own. Lewis & Clark will not provide supervision before or after camp hours so please make arrangements to pick up your child on time.
